On Saturday, May 14th, a shooting in Parkway Village left one man dead and two others injured, according to the Memphis Police Department (MPD). The incident occurred around 2:00 a.m. on South Perkins Road, which is only a few minutes away from American Way Park.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found two men and a woman who had all been shot. One man was transported to Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital with non-critical injuries, while the woman was taken to Regional One Hospital in critical condition. Another man was taken to Methodist University Hospital in critical condition but unfortunately later passed away.
