Gracielly Urbaez Car Accident: A fatal collision on I-95 Friday night resulted in the death of a woman from New Haven.

According to state police, the collision occurred on Friday just before 6:50 p.m. South of I-95 North Exit 50, on the Quinnipiac Bridge, an accident occurred.

Before hitting the concrete center median, the driver crossed both lanes after hitting a concrete barrier along the right shoulder.

On the median in the middle, the car came to a final stop.

According to state police, Gracielly Urbaez, 38, was seriously injured while being brought to Yale New Haven Hospital and eventually died there.

The probe resulted in a temporary closure of the route. According to the police, this collision involved just one vehicle.

State police are asking anyone with information on this collision to get in touch.
