Colin Nicol Obituary

Colin Nicol passed away tragically, unexpectedly, and without warning, leaving his family, friends, and loved ones in a state of utter sorrow and loss.

On their official Facebook page, Battle of Britain Memorial Flight posts the heartbreaking news, saying:

“We regret to inform you of the unexpected demise of our beloved friend Colin Nicol.”

Through the BBMF Mini Flight and Cadets, Colin worked tirelessly to motivate young people. His enthusiasm for the BBMF was infectious.

We owe Colin a great deal of gratitude for all the ways he helped the Flight throughout the years.

We are praying for Colin’s wife Lesley and the whole family. Colin, you are a gentleman and a scholar.

His death did not have a known reason.

Words are inadequate to express our feelings for the family. We send the whole family our sympathies. God grant the soul of the departed repose.
