Troy Mo Car Accident
Following a collision on Sunday morning in Lincoln County, three teenagers are dead and two others are hurt.
Before 4 a.m., on South Chantilly Road, south of Ethington Road, northeast of Moscow Mills, authorities claim a 17-year-old girl was driving a 2008 Ford Focus too quickly for the road conditions. As a result, the car flew into the air, landed, and skidded before leaving the road. According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, the vehicle then hit a tree and turned over.
William Flickinger, 18, of Troy, as well as two other passengers, a 17-year-old Hawk Point girl and a 15-year-old Winfield boy, were all declared dead at the scene.

The driver, who is also from Winfield, and another passenger, Troy resident Trevor J. Bogert, 20, were both taken with serious wounds to Mercy Hospital.
According to the police, no one in the car was buckled up.
The names of the driver and other passengers were withheld by the police.
According to Cpl. Dallas Thompson, the Missouri Highway Patrol responded to a request for assistance from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and arrived at the scene at around 4:15 a.m.
